When you place an order from our online shop, we understand that you want to receive your new wheels as soon as possible. We make every effort to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery for different regions.
The delivery cost of bike wheels is high due to the large package size and the insurance on them. Please note that the shipping fees charged are subsidized, as the actual cost of delivery is higher than what we charge.
Shipping costs and estimated shipping times will be advised at the basket/checkout based on your region and delivery type.
FREE SHIPPING OPTION
We provide free shipping for wheelsets (except the Carbon Spoke Series, which has extra-large packages) to some regions. For regions where free options are unavailable, shipping is supported via FedEx. If you prefer faster delivery, you can choose FedEx at checkout.
LEAD TIME ESTIMATES
The following lead times apply only to the production process and do not include delivery time. Processing time varies depending on the inventory of your ordered product. Most wheels are produced on an order basis, taking 10-14 working days. Custom wheels or special requirements may have longer lead times.
